The signatures in Microsoft Outlook are in a folder called Signature. Open this folder, and you can copy or cut signatures easily.
Open a folder and enter %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures in the address box at the top, and then press enter key.
You will see that each signature corresponds to three files and one folder: an HTML document, a document with rich text format, a text document and a file folder. See the following screenshot.
In the Signature folder, please select and copy or cut the three corresponding documents and a file folder of each signature that you will export.
Paste copied documents and folders to a destination folder
