Magento – SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: YES)

Change app\etc\local.xml

Change host, username, password & DB Name to new DB.

If also cannot after changed, please try to rename /var/cache to cache1, system will re-create new one, and problem will fix.
